WAREHOUSE SUPPORT/DELIVERY DRIVER (Bilingual)
SAVANNAH, GA

Qualifications:

• 3 years minimal experience needed
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• High School graduate or equivalent
• Demonstrated experience with warehouse organization and management
• Mechanically inclined
• Strong communications and customer service skills
• Good computer skills; spreadsheet experience, a plus
• Knowledge of pneumatic/air nailing or stapling tools, a plus
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving history

Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse Logistics & Inventory Control Duties:

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments through RF Smart.
• Accurately pull, stage, and prepare outgoing orders.
• Work closely with the warehouse and sales teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain product displays, stock levels, and overall cleanliness and organization of both the counter area and warehouse spaces.
• Assist with inventory control, stock rotation, and restocking shelves.
• Maintain paperwork organization within daily operational processes.

Delivery & Driving Operations Duties:

• Safely load, transport, and deliver products to customers according to the established schedule.
• Verify delivery contents and obtain customer signatures or proof of delivery.
• Inspect the delivery vehicle daily and promptly report any maintenance or safety issues to a supervisor.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs, mileage reports, and all related transport paperwork.
• Provide friendly, professional service to customers during all deliveries and pickups.
• Assist in loading and unloading materials as needed.
• Keep the delivery vehicle clean, organized, and in full compliance with company standards.
• Report delays, accidents, or transit issues to a supervisor promptly.

Customer Service

• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional, and business-friendly assistance.
• Ensure all transactions are processed efficiently and accurately
• Handle returns, exchanges, and warranty claims in accordance with company policy.
• Stay up to date on product knowledge, pricing, and promotions.

Operations & Safety

• Follow all traffic laws, DOT safety guidelines, and company delivery and safety procedures.
• Demonstrate basic computer proficiency for order processing and recordkeeping.
• Follow detailed instructions and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
• Assist with general maintenance and facility organization as needed.
• Support broader branch operations and perform any additional duties or special projects as requested by management to support company success.
