Drivers

Job Description/Accountabilities are as follows:

• Safely operate company vehicles to complete multiple delivery routes daily in accordance with assigned schedules and customer time windows
• CDL Required
• Ensure all deliveries are completed within designated delivery windows while maintaining compliance with all applicable traffic and safety regulations
• Follow assigned routes and delivery sequences as established by routing systems and dispatch, unless deviations are authorized
• Load and secure staged orders into trucks in compliance with safe loading practices to prevent shifting, damage, or injury
• Assist with order picking, warehouse organization, and cleanup activities during downtime in accordance with safety guidelines
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional cab, truck, and trailer at all times
• Perform and document daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections in compliance with DOT and company vehicle inspection requirements
• Immediately report any vehicle defects, damage, or safety concerns in accordance with company and DOT reporting procedures
• Adhere to Go Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to safety, route compliance, and vehicle operation
• Operate vehicles in full compliance with DOT regulations, company safety policies, and all applicable federal, state, and local laws
• Maintain safe driving practices at all times, including defensive driving and proper use of safety equipment
• Communicate professionally and effectively with internal teams, customers, and external business partners
• Follow all warehouse safety standards, including proper use of PPE, housekeeping requirements, and safe material-handling practices
• Communicate any situation that requires immediate attention to AEG’s HR. Operations Manager, Chief Operating Officer, and Ownership

Key Performance & Safety Deliverables

• Complete 100% of assigned deliveries in accordance with approved routes, schedules, and customer delivery requirements
• Ensure zero mis-deliveries, including correct product, quantity, and delivery location for all accounts
• Provide professional, courteous, and effective service while maintaining clear communication and collaboration with internal teams and external customers
• Maintain an incident- and injury-free work environment by complying with all DOT regulations, company safety policies, and safe work practices
• Consistently demonstrate Company guiding principles and core values while performing all job duties in a safe, compliant, and professional manner
• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality in accordance with Company scheduling and attendance requirements to support safe and efficient operations
