Senior Carpenter

Russell Builders is currently looking for an experienced senior Carpenter to join our team! We are a premier custom home builder located in Geneva that services the entire Fingerlakes region with an unwavering focus on efficiency and the highest quality work possible. We provide our clients an unparalleled level of service and professionalism rarely seen within the industry. We are currently scheduling new custom home builds in late 2026 and into 2027. We continue to field calls for new projects every week. Russell Builders is a solid company with a proven track record that is ready to grow, but understand that can only happen with the addition of skilled team members with a similar vision. We are looking for candidates that bring positive mindsets and high-level experience in carpentry from framing to finish to join our team and help us achieve our collective goals.
Russell Builders offer a highly competitive compensation package individually tailored to suit the needs of our employees and commensurate with their experience. We offer 401K and Excellus Health Insurance plans with employer contribution. There will be 5 paid major holiday days per year and after the first full year of employment the employee earns 5 paid vacation (PTO) days; after 2 years 10 PTO days per year.
