Experienced Groundskeeper ( APARTMENTS ) WEEKLY PAY!!

The Experienced Groundskeeper plays a crucial role in maintaining the pristine appearance and safety of the property grounds. This position involves hands-on care of landscaping, equipment use, and ensuring a welcoming outdoor environment for residents. Attention to detail and adherence to safety standards are essential in this role.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular grounds maintenance including mowing, trimming, and planting
• Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
• Manage weed control and pest management programs
• Remove debris and maintain cleanliness of all outdoor areas
• Conduct seasonal cleanups such as leaf removal and snow clearing
• Inspect property grounds and report any issues or safety hazards
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental guidelines

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in groundskeeping or landscaping
