Medical Assistant Scribe - Now Hiring

Our client, a leading healthcare provider specializing in gastroenterology, is seeking a Medical Assistant to join their team. As a Medical Assistant, you will be part of the clinical support team supporting healthcare providers and patients. The ideal candidate will demonstrate compassion, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Medical Assistant Scribe

Location: Casper, WY

Pay Range: DOE

Shift: M-F 8-5

What's the Job?

• Support healthcare providers by preparing patients for examinations and procedures
• Act as the Scribe for the Doctor on duty
• Provide pre-operative and post-operative education to patients to ensure safety and understanding
• Maintain accurate medical records and assist with clinical workflows
• Ensure examination rooms are clean, stocked, and ready for patient use

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current certification as a Medical Assistant
• BLS certification required
• Experience with GI or Pain Management preferred
• Proficiency in MS Excel and knowledge of healthcare regulations including HIPAA
