Pristine Clean Mobile Details is hiring a full-time Mobile Auto Detailer with a fast-track opportunity to advance into a Crew Leader position.

No professional detailing experience is required. We can teach you how to detail vehicles. What we cannot teach is reliability, work ethic, professionalism or the desire to do the job correctly.

This position is for people who thrive in environments where most people are unwilling to try—or unwilling to do what it takes. The task at hand will not always be easy. Some vehicles will test your patience, energy and attention to detail. Some days can be stressful, physically demanding and uncomfortable.

For someone who takes pride in overcoming difficult tasks and producing results others cannot, this can be a great opportunity.

PAY AND ADVANCEMENT

• Starting base pay: $17 per hour

Everyone begins by working alongside an experienced Crew Leader while learning our procedures and quality standards.

This is not a promotion that takes years. Under most circumstances, dependable employees who learn quickly, produce quality work and demonstrate that they can handle responsibility may advance into a Crew Leader position within approximately 15–45 days.

Once promoted, Crew Leaders begin earning route commission in addition to hourly pay, tips and mileage. That commission can add up quickly and significantly increase total earnings.

Learning Techs commonly earn approximately $21–$25 per hour when hourly pay, and tips are combined.

Crew Leaders commonly earn approximately $23–$40 per hour when hourly pay, commission, tips, mileage and other applicable compensation are combined.

Actual earnings vary based on hours worked, services completed, customer tips, mileage and performance. Advancement is earned and is not automatic.

WHAT TO EXPECT

This is mobile detailing. We travel to customers and perform services at their homes, businesses and other approved locations.

The position includes:

• Cleaning vehicle interiors and exteriors
• Vacuuming, wiping, scrubbing and detailing various surfaces
• Working outdoors in the Texas heat
• Handling dirty and sometimes heavily neglected vehicles
• Using detailing chemicals, equipment and tools
• Speaking professionally with customers
• Following company procedures and quality standards
• Driving or riding between customer locations
• Maintaining an organized work area
• Helping load, unload and care for equipment
• Performing physical work throughout the day

You should expect early mornings. We commonly leave around 7:30 a.m., although the exact schedule may vary.

Some workdays will be shorter. Some will be long. You should not make evening plans based on an assumption that you will finish early. The schedule depends on the route, number of vehicles, vehicle condition, customer needs, travel time and weather.
