Babysitter - Full-time / Part-time

I am looking for somebody to be in my home before school until the bus arrives. My middle son has autism and just requires a calm morning structure, my youngest is actually pretty easy just needs basic help with her hair and morning reminders. This would ideally be Monday Tuesday and occasionally Wednesday from about 6:15 until my first graders bus comes at 8:20/8:30ish.
