Nurse LPN RN

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse LPN or RN to provide compassionate patient care in a home health setting. Working under the direct supervision of an RN, the LPN or RN will deliver essential nursing services with flexible shift hours, ensuring personalized and effective care for patients in their homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under RN supervision
• Administer medications accurately and timely
• Monitor vital signs and assess patient conditions
• Document patient information and care activities thoroughly
• Coordinate care between patients, families, and healthcare team

Required Qualifications

• Vocational Nursing Diploma

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in licensed practical nursing or registered nursing
• Proficient in patient care, vital signs monitoring, and medication administration
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Strong communication skills
