We are hiring for a Production Supervisor at our Chandler, AZ bakery and are offering weekly pay! 
 
The Production Supervisor is responsible for leading overnight bakery production operations and ensuring production, quality, safety, and labor objectives are achieved. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this hands-on leadership role oversees daily production activities, develops team members, coordinates staffing and workflow, and drives operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily bakery production operations. 
• Ensure production, quality, safety, and labor goals are achieved. 
• Coach, develop, and motivate production team members and leads. 
• Manage staffing, workflow, and shift priorities to meet production schedules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required. 
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. 
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. 
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and move materials.

Work Environment

• Full-time salaried position. 
• Overnight shift beginning at 1:00 a.m. 
• Minimum of 40 hours per week.
