A well-established law firm in Coral Gables is seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Attorney with Construction Law experience to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled litigator to handle sophisticated construction and commercial disputes in a collaborative, professional environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction litigation, commercial disputes, contract disputes, and complex civil litigation. The attorney will be responsible for managing cases from inception through resolution, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, negotiations, mediation, arbitration, and trial preparation.

Responsibilities:

• Handle complex commercial litigation and construction-related matters.
• Represent clients in disputes involving contractors, owners, developers, subcontractors, and other construction industry professionals.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and legal memoranda.
• Conduct depositions, hearings, mediations, and prepare cases for trial.
• Develop litigation strategies and provide effective client counseling.
• Manage multiple cases while maintaining strong attention to detail and deadlines.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active Florida Bar license in good standing.
• 8+ years of commercial litigation experience.
• Substantial construction litigation experience required.
• Strong research, writing, negotiation, and courtroom skills.
• Ability to independently manage complex litigation matters.

Compensation & Benefits:
