Location:
This is a full-time, 100% on-site opportunity based in Moorestown, New Jersey, providing daily collaboration with attorneys and clients in a professional office environment.
Note:
Applicants must be licensed in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania and have at least 1 year of Education/School Law experience along with litigation experience. This position is designed for attorneys with 3+ years of associate-level experience.

Job Description
- Represent public entities, school districts, businesses, and other clients in Education Law matters.
- Handle litigation matters from case strategy through resolution.
- Advise clients on employment law issues, compliance, and risk management.
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, contracts, and legal memoranda.
- Conduct legal research and prepare persuasive written work product.
- Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and court proceedings.
- Collaborate closely with attorneys and clients to develop effective legal strategies.
- Manage an active caseload while maintaining exceptional client service.
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Active New Jersey and Pennsylvania Bar licenses required.
- 3+ years of associate attorney experience.
- 1+ year of Education/School Law experience required.
- Litigation experience required.
- Employment law experience strongly preferred.
- Strong legal writing, research, and advocacy skills.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management abilities.
