Experienced Forklift Operator (Sit-Down & Stand-Up)

Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced Forklift Operators to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating both sit-down and stand-up forklifts in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment. Candidates must be safety-conscious, dependable, and able to work efficiently while handling materials and inventory.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, load, unload, stack, and transport materials.
• Load and unload trucks while ensuring products are handled properly.
• Move inventory throughout the warehouse and place materials in designated storage locations.
• Perform daily forklift inspections and report any equipment issues.
• Maintain accurate inventory and assist with cycle counts as needed.
• Follow all OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience operating both sit-down and stand-up forklifts.
• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a physically demanding environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
• Experience with shipping, receiving, and inventory control.

Work Environment:

• Warehouse/distribution center.
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
• Exposure to varying warehouse temperatures.
