Woodworking and Upholstery (Manufacturing)

Premier Staffing Unlimited is hiring Woodworking and Upholstery Associates for a well-established manufacturing company in Locust Grove, GA. We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals with experience in woodworking, upholstery, cabinetry, furniture manufacturing, or similar hands-on trades.

Responsibilities:

Upholstery

• Machine sew or attach coverings to finished products
• Use hand tools to complete assemblies
• Stack finished booths in the appropriate department
• Inspect finished products for quality and craftsmanship
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Woodworking

• Operate woodworking equipment including table saws, band saws, routers, and other machinery
• Use hand and power tools to assemble products
• Build products according to customer specifications
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met
• Follow all safety procedures while operating equipment

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in woodworking, upholstery, cabinetry, furniture manufacturing, or a related field preferred
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately
• Comfortable using hand tools and power tools
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds with assistance
• Able to stand for an entire shift
• Able to work in moderate hot or cold environments
• Must be able to read, write, and follow work instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Dependable with a good work ethic

Schedule

• Monday-Friday
• 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Full-time

Pay

• $18.00-$19.00 per hour
• Weekly pay
