Welding - Welder

Our client, a recognized leader in crane and crane component distribution, is seeking a skilled Welder to join their team on 1st shift in South Holland, IL. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to apply their welding expertise in a stable, growth-oriented industrial environment.

Job Requirements Include:

• Welding certification required with 2+ years of experience.

• Must submit to a criminal background check. 

• Must submit to and pass a drug screen.

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Responsible for welding (MIG) various hoist and crane components using an electric arc.

• Responsible for measuring and cutting a variety of workpieces using blueprints or schematics.

• Responsible for operating components such as plasma torches, grinders, and filers.

• Responsible for troubleshooting issues that may arise during the fabrication process.

• Responsible for operating all equipment safely and efficiently.

Job Details Include:

• Temp to hire.

• $22.00 per hour.

• Shift: 8:00AM to 4:30PM, Monday to Friday with mandatory OT on a Saturday when needed.
