Job Description

We are seeking reliable and motivated Material Handlers to join a growing manufacturing team. In this role, you will support the production process by moving materials throughout the facility, feeding raw materials into machines, packaging finished products, and ensuring quality standards are met. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with manufacturing, warehouse, production, or material handling experience who are looking to grow their skills in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities
  • Move materials from receiving through production safely and efficiently.
  • Supply raw materials to production machines according to established procedures.
  • Package finished products accurately and according to company specifications.
  • Verify product labeling for accuracy and compliance.
  • Perform basic quality inspections and audits on products and materials.
  • Operate production and packaging equipment following standard operating procedures.
  • Count, measure, and verify materials using basic math skills.
  • Assist with assembly and general production activities as needed.
  • Use hand tools and basic mechanical skills to support daily operations.
  • Cross-train in multiple areas to support production needs.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial environments preferred.
  • Experience with material handling, packaging, and machine operation.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
  • Ability to perform basic math calculations and measurements.
  • Willingness to cross-train and perform various tasks throughout the facility.
  • Ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform physical work throughout a 10-hour shift.
  • Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in corrugated paper manufacturing or packaging operations.
  • Previous assembly line or machine operator experience.
  • Forklift experience is a plus.

Work Environment

This position is based in a non-climate-controlled paper production facility. Employees will work around production equipment, packaging lines, and material handling areas in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Shift Options:

  • 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
  • 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 4:30 PM - 2:00 AM

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Oklahoma City, OK.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.00/hr.
