General Warehouse Associate

Shift: 1st Shift | Monday-Friday
Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour (Based on Experience)

Job Summary

We are seeking dependable and hardworking General Warehouse Associates to join our growing team on 1st shift. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and take pride in maintaining quality and productivity. Candidates will assist with shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, material handling, and general warehouse duties while following all safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Receive incoming shipments and verify materials against packing slips
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Move materials throughout the warehouse using pallet jacks or other material handling equipment
• Label, package, and stage products for shipping
• Perform inventory counts and assist with inventory control
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Inspect products for quality and report any discrepancies
• Follow company safety policies and standard operating procedures
• Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or production experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience using RF scanners, pallet jacks, or forklifts is a plus (not required)
