School Occupational Therapist - Littleton, Colorado

Key Qualifications:

• Valid CDE credential, or proof of CDE application in progress (will be considered)
• Occupational Therapy license, with experience working in school environments highly preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills to collaborate with staff, students, and families
• Ability to develop and implement effective individualized treatment plans
• Dedication to fostering an inclusive, supportive learning environment

Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services in accordance with individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Assess student needs and document progress towards therapy goals
• Collaborate with educators, school teams, and families to promote positive student outcomes
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional recommendations
• Maintain detailed documentation and meet all compliance requirements
• Support students onsite at the school three days each week, providing both direct and consultative therapy services
