Job Description
Job Summary Cli ent is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately picking customer orders, preparing products for shipment, maintaining compliance with quality and safety standards, and following established warehouse procedures. This role requires strong attention to detail, teamwork, and a commitment to operational excelle nce. Key Responsibilities A ccurately pick customer orders, ensuring the correct product, lot number, and quantity are selected. Prepare and package orders for shipment in accordance with company standards and customer requirements. Verify cartons, containers, pallets, and shipment contents for accuracy and completeness. Ensure proper product protection and use appropriate shipping methods to maintain product integrity. Follow departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions. Maintain compliance with Quality Assurance standards and Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) regulations. Support daily warehouse operations and adapt to rotating responsibilities as assigned. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Required Qualifications Hig h School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse, distribution, logistics, or manufacturing environment. Basic computer proficiency. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Good attendance record and demonstrated reliability. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications Experience with order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, or inventory control processes. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory tracking software. Experience working in a regulated manufacturing or distribution environment. Work Environment Climate-controlled warehouse environment. Flexible shift options available.
