Job Description
This role supports the production of concrete piping and related components used in underground infrastructure. You will work in a hands-on manufacturing environment, using tape measures, basic blueprints, and hand and power tools to assemble and finish concrete products. The position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to follow build specifications accurately.
Responsibilities- Read and interpret tape measures accurately to ensure precise measurements for all projects.
- Understand and follow basic blueprints and build specifications for each product and project.
- Assemble rebar to fit inside molds for concrete pipe, using proper hand-eye coordination and safe work practices.
- Use hand tools and power tools to perform mechanical assembly and construction-related tasks as required.
- Lift and carry materials and products weighing up to 50 pounds throughout the workday.
- Move and drag finished concrete parts from the production area to the finishing area safely and efficiently.
- Operate hand sanders and other finishing tools to smooth and finish concrete products once fully cured.
- Adapt to different project requirements and adjust work processes according to the specific build-out from prints.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure quality standards are met on all finished products.
- Support general labor tasks around the facility, including construction, masonry, sheet metal, and cleanup duties as needed.
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures while working with tools, equipment, and heavy materials.
- Demonstrate consistent attendance and reliability, arriving on time and ready to work each scheduled shift.
- Ability to read a tape measure accurately and consistently.
- Ability to understand and follow basic blueprints and build instructions.
- Comfort using hand tools and power tools in a manufacturing or construction environment.
- Capability to lift and move up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
- Basic hand-eye coordination for assembling rebar and performing mechanical assembly tasks.
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate assembly and high-quality finished concrete products.
- At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in manufacturing, concrete, or construction environments.
- Strong attendance record and reliability, with a willingness to help out across the facility as needed.
- Experience in construction, concrete work, or masonry is a major plus.
- Background in mechanical assembly or general labor in an industrial setting.
- Familiarity with sheet metal work or similar fabrication tasks.
- Comfort working in a dusty, dirty manufacturing environment.
- Willingness to learn new tasks and be trained on specific processes and equipment.
- Ability to work 8–10 hour days on a consistent 1st shift schedule.
- Strong work ethic and a team-oriented mindset.

Work EnvironmentThis role is based in a dusty and dirty manufacturing facility where concrete piping and related components are produced. You will work on 1st shift, starting at 5:00 a.m. or 6:00 a.m. and continuing until the day's work is completed, typically 8–10 hours per day, Monday through Friday with no weekend shifts. The work is physically demanding and involves frequent lifting, moving, and dragging heavy materials. You will regularly use hand tools, power tools, hand sanders, and other equipment in an industrial setting, and should be comfortable in a rugged, production-focused environment.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.
