Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive OT services to PreK–5th grade students in alignment with IEP goals
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and support staff to foster student success
  • Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • Facilitate inclusive practices and student independence within the school community

Qualifications:

  • Valid Occupational Therapy license (Colorado eligible)
  • Colorado Department of Education (CDE) certification required; strong consideration for applicants in process with proof
  • Prior pediatric or school-based OT experience preferred
  • Commitment to onsite attendance as required
