What You'll Do

As a Litigation Attorney, you'll play a key role in guiding clients through complex legal matters and helping achieve successful outcomes.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing a diverse caseload involving civil litigation, probate, family law, estate matters, and personal injury cases
  • Conducting legal research and developing case strategies
  • Drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, legal correspondence, and other litigation-related documents
  • Representing clients at hearings, mediations, depositions, and court appearances
  • Advising clients on legal rights, risks, and strategic options
  • Drafting and reviewing wills, trusts, probate filings, and estate administration documents
  • Assisting clients with family law matters, including divorce, custody, support, and related proceedings
  • Collaborating with attorneys and legal staff on litigation and trial preparation
  • Preparing witnesses, exhibits, and case materials for hearings and trial
  • Negotiating settlements and working toward favorable case resolutions
  • Maintaining accurate case files and ensuring timely communication with clients

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
  • Active license and good standing with the applicable State Bar
  • Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal communication and client relationship skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Commitment to providing exceptional client service

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience handling litigation matters in one or more of the following areas:
    • Civil Litigation
    • Probate and Estate Administration
    • Family Law
    • Personal Injury
  • Courtroom, hearing, or deposition experience
  • Experience drafting complex legal documents and motions
  • Ability to independently manage matters while working collaboratively within a team environment
