Team Lead (1st Shift) - $18.25/Hour

Express Employment Professionals of Ottawa is currently seeking a Bilingual Team Lead (English/Spanish) for a seasonal opportunity in Princeton, IL. This position is ideal for an organized and dependable individual who enjoys leading by example while working alongside a team in a fast-paced production environment.

Schedule

Monday - Friday: 6:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Saturday: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

Typical duties may include:

• Monitor and track attendance of contract workers at the start of each shift
• Communicate employee absences and attendance updates to the Corteva office
• Assist Corteva staff with managing employee breaks and workflow within the sorting area
• Support daily operations to ensure productivity and quality standards are met
• Utilize Outlook email and internet applications to maintain communication and records
• Serve as a point of contact between contract workers and Corteva staff
• Work as a Sorter when Team Lead responsibilities are not required
• Promote a safe, productive, and positive work environment

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in both Spanish and English
• Basic computer skills, including Outlook email and internet applications
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively with minimal supervision
