Project Manager

We are a well-established construction firm with over three decades of experience delivering high-impact commercial projects in the Bay Area. As we expand our footprint in the city, we're seeking a Project Manager to lead Lab, Life Science tenant improvement projects with integrity and a commitment to excellence with each project we build. This position reports to our South San Francisco office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution of commercial interior projects.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment.
• Manage site operations, safety compliance, and quality control.
• Monitor project progress and proactively address issues to avoid delays or cost overruns.
• Prepare and present regular project reports to senior leadership.
• Foster a collaborative team environment and mentor junior staff.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience managing Lab and Life Science TIs
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and project management tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
