$130,000 - $160,000 + Bonus + Benefits
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead the ground-up development of a premier high-rise multifamily project on Pensacola's shoreline. This is a high-impact role for a leader who can take ownership from preconstruction through delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all phases of construction for a large-scale, ground-up high-rise multifamily project
- Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
- Drive preconstruction activities including estimating, value engineering, and permitting
- Maintain strong relationships with ownership, design teams, and key stakeholders
- Oversee risk management, safety, quality control, and contract compliance
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to project staff and field teams
Qualifications
- 8-12+ years of construction experience with at least 3+ years in a Senior Project Manager role
- Proven experience delivering high-rise or large multifamily projects (ground-up required)
- Strong knowledge of coastal construction considerations preferred
- Expertise in budgeting, scheduling (Primavera/MS Project), and contract management
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
