Litigation Paralegal

Location: Hybrid (U.S.)

Compensation: $75,000 to $100,000 base salary plus bonuses and full benefits

With a strong reputation for results and client advocacy, we are continuing to grow and are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support our expanding caseload.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 plus years of litigation paralegal experience
• Plaintiff side experience strongly preferred, especially in employment or wage and hour matters.  Defense experience will also be considered
• Strong familiarity with federal and or state court procedures
• Excellent writing, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast paced environment
• Detail oriented with strong follow through
• Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys through all phases of litigation, from intake through trial
• Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
• Manage discovery, including document collection, production, and tracking
• Maintain case calendars, deadlines, and organized case files
• Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
• Assist with trial preparation, including exhibits and witness coordination
• Conduct legal research and support case development
