Service Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and prioritize service work orders.

• Support and manage service technicians.

• Prepare customer quotes, work orders, parts requests, and billing.

• Maintain efficient workflow and service department operations.

• Communicate service recommendations to customers and drive customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of small engine repair experience.

• 2+ years of personnel management experience.

• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.

• Proficient with computers and service/inventory software.

• Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
