Picker / Packer
We're looking for dependable, detail-oriented Picker/Packers to join our production team. In this role, you'll help ensure customers receive high-quality products by accurately counting, inspecting, and packaging orders in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate assigned production equipment safely and efficiently
- Count, inspect, and package products according to customer specifications
- Verify product counts, weights, labels, and quality before shipment
- Use scales and other tools to ensure packaging accuracy
- Identify product defects and report equipment or quality issues
- Communicate with team members during shift changes
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Complete required training and assist with additional duties as needed
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)
- Ability to understand written and verbal English instructions
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong time management and reliability
- Manufacturing or packing experience is a plus
