Branch Manager - Maui
Bishop & Company is seeking an experienced Branch Manager on behalf of a valued client in Maui. This leadership role is responsible for driving exceptional customer service, business growth, team development, and operational excellence within a high-performing branch environment.

Schedule

• Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Rotating Saturdays, 8:30 AM - 1:30 PM
• Hours may vary based on business needs

Compensation

• $60,000 - $115,000 annually, depending on experience
• Additional $750/month premium

Essential Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop branch staff to achieve sales and service goals
• Deliver exceptional customer service while strengthening client relationships
• Drive business development initiatives and grow market share
• Manage daily branch operations and ensure compliance with policies and regulations
• Set performance expectations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback
• Monitor operational risk, financial performance, and internal controls
• Foster strong community relationships and represent the organization professionally

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred
• Minimum three years of leadership experience in retail banking, financial services, or sales management
• Proven success leading teams, driving sales growth, and achieving business objectives
• Strong customer service, operational management, and business development skills
• Experience utilizing CRM systems and digital tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
• Ability to obtain Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) registration through NMLS within 60 days of hire
