Build Relationships. Coordinate Projects. Make an Impact.Hi-Line is looking for a highly organized, customer-focused professional to join our growing Government & National Accounts team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys coordinating projects, supporting customers and sales teams, managing details, and building strong business relationships.

What You'll Do- Support government and national account customers
- Coordinate customer onboarding and account setup
- Manage contracts, pricing, and account documentation
- Assist with bids, proposals, and contract renewals
- Partner with Territory Managers on customer opportunities
- Coordinate meetings, travel, and customer communications
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Help ensure customers receive outstanding service from start to finish
- 3+ years of experience in customer service, account coordination, sales support, contract administration, or project coordination
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
- Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
- Comfortable working with customers by phone, email, and in person
- Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience with government contracts, GSA, cooperative purchasing, or national accounts is a plus—but we're willing to train the right candidate.
