Companion Care Needed

About who needs care: My great uncle suffered from Parkinsons. His wife of 52 years died 2 months ago and hes struggling. My two cousins have moved in and become full time caretakers and are getting burnt out. I was looking for home care nurses to help ease the burden on them at least part of the week as neither of them are trained as caretakers. About the care needs: My uncle is a proud and stubborn man. He has been adamantly opposed to living in an assisted living facility (although it might be necessary). Services needed include: transportation, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
