Growing Minds Therapy is expanding, and we're looking for a compassionate, energetic Occupational Therapist to join our collaborative pediatric team!

About UsGrowing Minds Therapy is a therapist-owned pediatric outpatient clinic providing occupational therapy, speech-language pathology, and physical therapy services to children from birth through adolescence. We serve children with developmental delays, sensory processing differences, autism, feeding challenges, motor delays, orthopedic conditions, and a variety of other diagnoses.
With continued growth and the expansion into our newly renovated facility, we're excited to welcome another Occupational Therapist to our team.
What You'll DoEvaluate and treat pediatric clients with a variety of developmental and sensory needs
Develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practice
Collaborate closely with speech-language pathologists, physical therapists, physicians, schools, and families
Provide caregiver education and home programming to promote carryover
Complete timely documentation using our electronic medical record
Participate in a collaborative, team-oriented environment focused on helping children succeed
Current Maine Occupational Therapy license (or eligibility)
Passion for working with children and their families
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
Pediatric experience is preferred, but motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply
