Amherst Meadows Care Center is seeking a compassionate and dependable PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our rehabilitation team. This position offers consistent weekend coverage along with scheduled vacation coverage from September 18–25, making it an excellent opportunity for therapists seeking reliable PRN hours in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting.

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide evidence-based occupational therapy services
• Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and interdisciplinary team members
• Complete timely, accurate documentation
• Educate residents and caregivers to promote functional independence

• Current Ohio Occupational Therapist license
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred, but all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply
• Passion for delivering resident-centered care
