What you bring

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational welding coursework is a plus.
• Proven experience welding in a fabrication environment.
• Deep familiarity with welding techniques and safety practices.
• Strength in reading technical documentation and detailed blueprints.
• Exceptional attention to detail paired with practical problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively.
• Welding certification preferred, not mandatory.
