Albemarle Heating, Air & Plumbing is a financially strong, growth-focused HVAC company serving the Charlottesville market. We’re hiring a Lead Sheet Metal Installer who can take responsibility for the quality of duct installations and effectively communicate with the sales manager and design team.


Lead Sheet Metal Installer What You’ll Do:

  • Lead residential & light commercial HVAC installs
  • Fabricate and install duct systems
  • Read blueprints and layouts
  • Coordinate system startups and project completion
  • Mentor Junior Installers
  • Maintain high workmanship standards

Lead Sheet Metal Installer What You Bring:

  • 3–5+ years HVAC & sheet metal experience
  • Strong duct fabrication and layout skills
  • Ability to supervise helpers
  • Ability to follow directions and provide instruction
  • Detail oriented
  • Organized
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Ability to pass background check
