MIG Welder Highlights:

• Pay: Starting at $19.00 per hour

• Schedule: 1st shift, Monday–Thursday, 7:00am–3:30pm

• Full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity

What You’ll Do:

• Perform MIG welding on galvanized sheet metal (12–20 gauge)

• Assist with general fabrication tasks including cutting, fitting, grinding, and assembly

• Ensure quality welds meet production and safety standards

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow all safety procedures and shop protocols

What We’re Looking For:

• At least one year of MIG welding experience required

• Fabrication experience preferred or a strong willingness to learn

• Ability to pass a weld test

• No formal certifications required

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a desire to grow with a team
