Companion Care Needed

About who needs care: My Father needs help walking, bathing and going to the bathroom. He just got out of the hospital and needs help with overnight care until he is better and then it will be not over night. He really needs help beyond my capabilities as I am caring for my mom whom has Cancer. About the care needs: Easy going but stern. They need to help him with walking and going to the bathroom, meals etc. They need to prevent him from falling. Services needed include: feeding, and bathing / dressing.
