Job Title: In-Home Caregiver / Direct Support Professional (Adult Independent Living) Location: Santa Ana, CA Pay Rate: $[25. 00] -$[30. 00] / hour (commensurate with experience) About the Role: We are seeking reliable, compassionate, and patient Direct Support Professionals to assist a friendly adult woman with developmental disabilities living independently in her own apartment. This position focuses on fostering her autonomy, supporting daily routines, and helping her stay connected to her community. Available Shifts: Evening Shift: M-F 3:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. (Available 5 days/week -- open to full-time or split part-time schedules)
