About who needs care: Underlying MR, Autistic like behaviors at times, Wheelchair bound and now be needing a hoyer for transfers in and out of chair. Lives with husband who is very HOH but still able to perform ADLS himself. About the care needs: Someone who is patient, knows how to operate manual hoyer, skilled with elderly and people who need max assistance getting up Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
