3rd Shift Floater

Penmac Staffing is now hiring dependable Floaters for a leading manufacturing partner in West Plains. Positions are available on 3rd shift at a starting pay of $15.00 per hour. 

Responsibilities: 

• Work across multiple positions within mill or finish line production areas. 

• Follow all responsibilities outlined for each role assigned. 

• Maintain safety, quality, and production standards at all times. 

• Assist team members and support overall production goals. 

• Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervision or management. 

Qualifications: 

• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening. 

• Flexible and willing to learn multiple roles in the production process. 

Physical Requirements: 

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, stretching, stooping, reaching, twisting, and repetitive movements. 

• Regularly lift/move up to 10 lbs, occasionally lift/move up to 50 lbs, and occasionally push over 100 lbs. 

• Work in a non-temperature-controlled, loud manufacturing environment. 

• Ability to navigate stairs and work safely around moving mechanical equipment. 

Mental Requirements: 

• Strong attention to detail and focus on task at hand. 

• Ability to analyze problems, think critically, and implement solutions. 

• Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. 

• Work independently or as part of a team with a strong sense of urgency. 

• Maintain punctual and regular attendance. 

• Communicate clearly and work well with others.
