Our start-up dealership is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Automotive Bookkeeper to work closely with our Office Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional looking for a stable, part-time role in a focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

·  Accurate deal costing and posting

·  Calculating sales commissions

·  Processing and applying for manufacturer incentives

·  Managing cash receipts

·  Overseeing Accounts Payable

·  Reconciling all associated schedules

Schedule & Hours:

This is a part-time position requiring 24 hours per week, typically scheduled Monday through Thursday. We offer flexible working hours to accommodate the right candidate.

**Please note there may be an opportunity for additional hours in the future as business needs evolve.

Pay:

Depending on experience, this position will pay $22-$26 per hour.
