RCC Automotive is looking for an experienced Automotive Technician to join our growing team in Bruce Township, MI.
For more than 13 years, we've built our reputation by delivering quality repairs and treating our technicians with respect. We specialize in light-duty diesel, Domestic, and Asian vehicle repair, providing a variety of diagnostic and repair work that keeps every day interesting.

Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair light-duty diesel trucks, along with Domestic and Asian vehicles
- Diagnose drivability, electrical, fuel system, emissions, and engine performance concerns
- Perform general maintenance and mechanical repairs
- Complete repairs from inspection through final quality control
- Perform Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) and accurately document vehicle condition
- Build repair recommendations and identify additional maintenance needs
- Maintain a clean, organized work area while contributing to a collaborative team environment
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience preferred
- B-Level Automotive Technician or higher preferred
- Strong automotive diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Michigan State Technician Certification preferred
- 1+ year of light-duty diesel repair experience preferred
- Experience with Ford Power Stroke, GM Duramax, or Cummins diesel trucks is a plus
- ASE Certifications preferred
- Experience using Digital Vehicle Inspection (DVI) software preferred
- Own professional automotive tools
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team
Compensation & Benefits
- Earn $75,000–$150,000+ annually
- $30–$50/hr Flat Rate
- Weekly pay
