Schedule: Full-Time (Minimum 40 hours/week)

We are seeking a dependable Industrial Painter Helper with hands-on industrial experience to support coating and surface preparation work. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely in physically demanding conditions. Candidates should be comfortable assisting with surface prep and working around industrial painting operations.

• Minimum 6 months of recent experience in an industrial or construction environment
• Experience assisting with surface preparation (sanding, grinding, cleaning, masking)
• Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting 50+ lbs, standing, climbing)
• Proven ability to follow safety procedures and use PPE correctly
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
• Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions

• Direct experience with industrial coatings or painting
• Familiarity with spray equipment or sandblasting
• Knowledge of industrial surface prep standards
• OSHA certification or safety training
