Your Role as a Collision Estimator:
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections & damage documentation using CCC One.
- Prepare & submit accurate estimates & supplements while managing insurance approvals.
- Facilitate communication between customers, technicians & insurance companies.
- Clearly explain repair processes & costs to ensure top-tier customer satisfaction.
- Schedule appointments to maximize shop efficiency.
- Complete OEM & GM training to enhance your expertise.
What We’re Looking For:
- Collision estimating experience (CCC One preferred).
- Strong customer service & communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude.
- Valid Driver’s License required.
- I-CAR Certifications are a plus!
