That's why we encourage learning, growth, and trying new things-even if you don't have all the answers yet.Our culture is rooted in fierce determination, fearless integrity, and passionate service-but we also like to keep things collaborative, supportive, and down-to-earth.We're looking for people who:Are curious and excited about technologyLike solving problems and figuring things outCan take initiative but also enjoy working with a teamWant to keep learning, growing, and challenging themselvesIf you're someone who's eager to jump in, learn something new, and make an impact-you'll fit right in here.Responsibilities:Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders understand core business problemsDesign, develop, and maintain end-user and API-driven middleware applicationsDevelop and maintain software documentation as neededParticipate in software code and design reviewsWork collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify and solve technical issuesStay up to date with emerging software development technologies and trendsRequirements:Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or other Scientific/Technical discipline4 years of related work experienceHands on experience developing software applications using modern languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, C#, C++, Typescript, HTML/CSS or similarUnderstands User Interface design principles and how to work effectively with design teamsUnderstands API-driven data middleware architectures and best practicesUnderstands software security, software development and cloud deployment operationsFamiliar with Azure cloud services and data pipelines, Git-based DevSecOps deployments, and Kubernetes containerization orchestration strategies, ETL development and data warehousingUnderstands and practices agile software development methodologiesGreat communication (written and oral) skills to be able to communicate cross-functional teamsAbility to obtain US DoD Security ClearanceDesired Qualifications:Active Secret Clearance or higher is desiredIAT Level II Security Certification or ability to obtain within 6 monthsExperience using Github/Gitlab with emphasis on Git-based deployment strategiesExperience developing in R (language) and/or Python leveraging Posit's RStudio and ShinyExperience applying AI/ML technologies and best practices applied to business enterprise data  IPTA is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
