Companion Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

About who needs care: 82-year-old sweet grandmother who lives at home with me, my husband and my 8-month-old daughter is mostly independent minus memory issues and safety to drive to appointments, visit friends and family and come back, and possibly meal prep and planning and help with errands like groceries. About the care needs: Social and likes to talk. Recently lost her spouse and could benefit from companion care as well as help with daily tasks and errands. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
