Location: Richardson, TX
Pay: $13.00/hour
Shift: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM (1-hour lunch)

Reliance Healthcare Staffing is hiring a Shipping & Packaging Associate for a specialty pharmacy in Richardson, TX. This is a fast-paced role responsible for packaging medications accurately and preparing shipments for delivery. As the final step in the fulfillment process, attention to detail is critical to ensure every patient receives the correct medication on time.

Responsibilities

• Scan, sort, and package medications for shipment
• Create shipping labels and documents using UPS and courier platforms
• Select appropriate box sizes and packaging materials
• Verify shipment contents and delivery information
• Maintain speed and accuracy while meeting daily deadlines
• Keep work areas organized and clean

Qualifications

• No pharmacy experience required
• Comfortable using computers, scanners, and shipping software
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable
