We are hiring Class A CDL Drivers for a semi-local dedicated account based in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. This position offers a combination of regional and local routes throughout California, providing consistent freight, steady miles, and reliable earnings. Drivers will make deliveries to retail locations across Southern and Northern California while operating modern equipment and working with a well-established dedicated operation.

Drivers can expect to complete two regional runs and one local run each week. Trailers are preloaded, with an average of 2 to 4 stops per load. This is a hands-on position requiring drivers to unload product using manual and electric pallet jacks and assist with down-stacking freight when necessary. Drivers will also pick up inbound vendor loads and return them to the distribution center or designated delivery locations.

• Operating area: California
• Deliver grocery products in dry van and reefer trailers
• Two regional runs and one local run per week

Equipment

• Automatic sleeper trucks and day cabs
• Slip seating required
• Dry van and refrigerated trailers
• Trucks cannot be taken home during time off

Physical Requirements

• Unload freight using manual and electric pallet jacks
• Move product to the rear of the trailer for store personnel
• Assist with pallet down-stacking when required
• Approximately 10% of loads require down-stacking
• Must be comfortable with frequent physical activity throughout the workday

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 3 months of recent tractor-trailer experience
• Electric pallet jack experience preferred
• Strong backing skills required
• Must be proficient in blind-side backing and close-quarter maneuvers
• Must successfully complete a backing course during training
• Ability to assist with other company accounts as needed
• Must have a smartphone and be willing to download required store-tracking applications

Additional Information

• Drivers may occasionally assist other dedicated and intermodal operations as business needs require
• Intermodal assistance typically consists of 1 to 2 loads per day
• Consistent freight volume and year-round work available
