Oilfield Service Technician (Yard Only)

We're hiring an Oilfield Service Technician (Yard Only) for a full-time, temporary opportunity in Converse, LA, with assignments expected to run through the end of 2026. This day shift, Monday–Friday position is ideal for candidates with experience using power tools and repairing industrial equipment. Floorhand experience on a rig is helpful, and forklift experience is a plus. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-minded, and able to perform physically demanding work in a yard environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs on industrial equipment using power tools.
• Assist with general yard operations and equipment maintenance.
• Inspect and maintain tools and equipment in safe working condition.
• Follow safety procedures while completing assigned tasks.
• Support daily yard activities as needed.

Requirements

• Experience using power tools.
• Experience repairing industrial equipment.
• Ability to bend and lift at least 50 lbs.
• Floorhand experience on a rig is helpful.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
