Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Machine Shop Helper to assist machinists with daily production activities. This position is ideal for someone looking to gain experience in a manufacturing environment. The Machine Shop Helper will be responsible for maintaining a clean work area, moving materials, assisting with machine setup, and supporting production as needed.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist machinists with machine setup and production tasks.
- Load, unload, and transport materials throughout the shop.
- Deburr, clean, and inspect finished parts.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Operate basic hand tools and measuring devices.
- Package and prepare finished products for shipment.
- Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Perform other shop-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Manufacturing or machine shop experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to read a tape measure and follow written instructions.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Ability to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods.
Warehouse Helper

Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable Warehouse Helper to support daily warehouse operations by receiving, organizing, storing, and preparing materials for shipment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, works well in a team environment, and is committed to maintaining a safe and organized warehouse.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and stock incoming shipments.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipping.
- Organize inventory and maintain accurate stock levels.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Follow safety procedures and company policies.
- Perform general warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
- Forklift experience or certification is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday.
- Strong attention to detail and good attendance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
