Apartment Property Manager

Career Strategies is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Property Manager to oversee two apartment communities in Helena, MT. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with property management experience—or a strong customer service background looking to grow their career.This is a full-time temp-to-hire opportunity with the potential for permanent employment.

Schedule/Hours:

• Monday–Friday from 8AM-5PM
• Three days per week at one community and two days per week at a second community.

What You'll Do

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospective tenants.
• Manage daily property operations.
• Coordinate resident communications and leasing activities.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Work closely with residents, vendors, and ownership to ensure smooth community operations.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Property management experience is a plus.
• HUD/Tax Credit experience is preferred but not required—training is available for the right candidate.
• Ability to become Tax Credit Certified and Fair Housing Certified within six months.

Compensation & Benefits
